PassinGrass Delivery takes the privacy of our patient’s extremely seriously, and protecting our patient’s privacy and information is something that we vow to continually safeguard. Due to the purposes that our site serves for our patients and cutomers, it is legally mandatory for us to obtain a reasonable amount of one’s personal information in order to confirm one’s personal identity, verify one’s legal right to access and use cannabis, as well as to authorize transactions. We must have a copy on file at all times of the medicinal cannabis recommendation or identification that you obtained from your doctor or the state and we must keep a copy of this on record at all times according to local law. However, in order to ensure that our patient’s or customer’s medical records cannot and will not become compromised in anyway, PassinGrass ensures that, wherever possible, your personal information is either tightly secured or destroyed (usually when it is no longer valid). This goes for your Drivers License ID and any other documents you provide to us.

PassinGrass does use Google Analytics, as it vastly improves the excellent service that we are so grateful to be able to provide. Since the data that we collect is completely anonymous, there’s no way that any of our patients can be identified by it. Furthermore, you will never have to worry about us sharing any of your data with any third party. However, there is a way for you to opt-out of Google Analytics’ tracking ability using one’s browser settings, disabling cookies, or using Google Analytics Opt Out Tool. We’ve additionally implemented a security system within our website and its respective database. Our website also has an SSL Certificate which further protects your information even though our site does not collect credit or debit card information. We are Cash on Delivery only.
