Livermore, California is known for many things and wine country is one of them. Even better than that is the famous Livermore Wine Trolley.
If you aren’t local to the area, you might be asking yourself a wine trolley? What is that? Well, it is exactly what it sounds like. A trolley (just like the ones in San Francisco) that will take you on a tour of Livermore Wine Country.
Options are available to book for a special event or private charter. Either way, this experience is a must for Livermore.
Why a Trolley?
Anyone can drive around to the different wineries, rent a limo, uber, or ride on horseback but why not catch the vintage trolley? The Wine Trolley is such a fun and safe way to enjoy the wineries with family, friends, co-workers.
The trolley fleet consists of a 22 passenger, 26 passenger or 34 passenger trolley.
The 22 passenger trolley is the iconic red and white trolley that gives off the iconic trolley vibe with wooden benches.
The 26 passenger trolley is the beautiful, white Golden State Trolley has an upscale black and wood interior.
The 34 passenger is red and green with comfortable, red cushioned, forward facing bench seating for up to 34 guests in the main cabin, and 2 additional passengers by the driver.
Wine Pairing Tours
The Wine Trolley will show you the way through Livermore’s historic region of scenic vineyards and incredible wine.
The entire experience is an unforgettable one from start to finish. The Sip & Savor Wine Pairing tour is a must. An all inclusive experience that offers culinary creations perfectly matched with just the right wine at three beautiful vineyards.
The Sip and Savor Wine Pairing Tour is offered on Saturdays and Sundays starting between 11:00 am – 11:30 am and lasts approximately 4 hours. Cost is $149 a person.
Livermore Valley Wine Tour
Looking for something to do on Friday morning at 11:00 am? This is perfect for you.
The Livermore Wine Trolley will take you on an adventure through our beautiful Livermore Wine Country. You will visit three popular wineries for wine tastings and enjoy a custom lunch with family and friends. Cost is $99 a person.
*Price does not include winery tasting fees and processing charge. Tasting fees range from $15 – $30 per person per stop and are mandatory to enter each tasting room. Tasting fees can be refunded with a 1 or 2 bottle purchase, depending upon the venue.
Sip & Paint Wine Tour
Wine and painting at our local Pinot’s Palette in downtown Livermore sounds good to me! Grab your favorite people and make a special event out of it. Start out by wine tasting at two scenic vineyards, enjoy a deli-style boxed lunch and then end with a fun painting session at Pinot’s Palette. Cost is $142 a person.
Special Events
