Happy Indepedence Day! Happy Birthday, America! Let’s celebrate with a bang. We all deserve it.
The Tri-Valley is putting on quite the party this year. Fourth of July falls on a Tuesday, but the celebrations are starting early and you don’t want to miss a thing. Thanks to Patch, we have gathered together all of the local events taking place for you.
Livermore:
The “Salute to the 4th of July” Community Fireworks IS BACK!
Gates will open at 4 p.m. and close at 8:30 p.m. The fireworks show will begin at 9:30 p.m. and last 20 minutes. Fireworks will be launched from the softball fields. Gates will reopen after the show has ended.
Join us as we Salute the 4th with community, food, music and fun! We recommend dining or ordering take-out from downtown establishments before heading to Robertson Park. There will also be food trucks available, but due to heavy attendance, please be prepared for lines and long wait times. Stay tuned as we release additional details regarding live music, kids activities and more!

No payment for parking will be taken at the gates. Please follow the signs for ADA parking.

JUNE 28-JULY 5: Safe & Sane July 4th Fireworks Booth Sales. Grab your own fireworks ahead of time and support your community and more than a dozen non-profit organizations citywide.
JULY 4: July 4th Safe & Sane Fireworks Approved Parks. Load up the family, pack some chairs and head to the Dublin parks that are designated for fireworks use.
PLEASANTON:
JUNE 30: Fireworks Spectacular & Drone Show: Alameda County Fair. Visible throughout the fairgrounds.
JULY 4: Community Concert Band July 4th Celebration. Free, annual tradition at Lions Wayside Park.
